This design was a consideration for a local Dr. who wanted to see if the space would suit their needs. Since the current layout is all OPEN SPACES currently, this use could still be a option.

Building Deck Design for "GIOVANI'S" Resturant

We did the preliminary work for a upstairs RESTAURANT called "GIOVIAN'S" - It was to be a

Italian Style Restaurant with a old family feel, as if it had been there for over 50 years. The deck was to be ornate & have outdoor gas fireplaces every 20 feet against the building. At a 4-way stop on Hwy 39 & also known as "Ozark Mountain Parkway" we feel it would have become a destination on many folks wish list of special places they wanted to visit.
